Team Australia - Back in Action
Congratulations to TEAM AUSTRALIA who successfully contested the ISKF Goodwill Championship held in Philadelphia, USA in November 2022. ISKF/TSKF Australia are incredibly proud of our students who prepared for this event.
After two years of delays following the COVID outbreak ISKF USA presented an opportunity to the ISKF community to participate in a Goodwill Championship held inconjunction with the ISKF US Nationals. Team Australia took a young team of students many particpating in their first international competition.
We wish to formally thank ISKF USA and their organizing committee for hosting this amazing event. We wish to also extend our thanks to our Chief Instructor Takahashi Shihan, Team Coaches Adam and Tracy Pearce Sensei's, Team Manager John Russo Sensei and the Instructors from each member's individual dojos for their work in preparing our team.
Thank you to the families of each and every member who have sacrificed family time, energy and funds to help these guys achieve their International competition dreams. The team has covered itself in glory and done Australia proud by representing us with honour and distinction and in the true spirit of Karate-do! You guys smashed it!!! AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE OI! OI!
